Before you begin credit education and document preparation, you will sign the following:

1. Customer Service Agreement 2.
2. CROA Disclosure (Consumer Credit File Rights)
3. Right to notice of termination

Our services may include:

• Credit education and document preparation. We will review and analyze your credit reports and work with you to identify inaccurate or false information. You will select the items you want to dispute and we will advise you on next steps.
• We will prepare all necessary dispute letters.
• We will provide you with online access to obtain credit reports, upload correspondence and monitor progress.
• You will upload all correspondence received from credit reporting agencies.
• Consulting, coaching and follow-up can be done by phone, email or any other form of communication during normal business hours.

In exchange for our services, you agree to pay the fees described in your customer service agreement. You have the right to cancel your agreement within 4 business days from the date you signed it. Simply send written notice as described in your customer service agreement.
